Refund Policy

This policy covers subscription fees for the Hayatiq (حياتيق) service provided by HAYATIQ AI SOLUTIONS F.Z.E («حياتيك إيه آي سوليوشنز م.م.ح»), and forms part of our Terms of Service.

It does not cover Mutabiq, the separate e-invoice pre-validation service we provide at mutabiq.hayatiq.ai, which is governed by Mutabiq's terms of service, Mutabiq's privacy notice and Mutabiq's refund policy; Mutabiq is not affiliated with, connected to, or approved by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), and does not connect to the Fatoora platform.

Nor does this policy cover Hayatiq Financials, the separate draft financial statements service we provide at financials.hayatiq.ai, which is governed by Hayatiq Financials' terms of service (including its payment and refund terms) and Hayatiq Financials' privacy policy.

1. Current status: free pilot

Hayatiq is currently available as a free pilot: nothing is charged at present — and where nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund. The following terms apply to payments once the paid subscriptions shown on our pricing page start.

2. 14-day money-back on your first payment

If you subscribe to any paid plan, you may request a full refund of your first payment within fourteen (14) days of the date you paid it — for any reason. This guarantee applies to the first payment that starts your paid subscription to the plan; it does not apply to renewal payments.

3. After that: cancel any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period already paid — and no partial-month or partial-period refunds are given for the remainder.

4. How refunds are processed

Once billing is live, payments and refunds are handled by Paddle as merchant of record; an approved refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method under Paddle's procedures.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@hayatiq.ai from the email address linked to your account, quoting the payment reference shown on your Paddle receipt, and we will take it from there.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable mandatory law that cannot be contracted out of.

7. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. A change does not apply to payments made before it takes effect.
